Cabinet Model. The inner and outer shells which form the chamber and jacket are fabricated from 5 mm SS steel plate 316 and 304 grade with longitudinal joints welded together. The front portion of the sterilizer is provided with ring to take the SS door. The ring is fabricated from 8 mm 304 grade SS sheet and the door is fabricated from 8 mm SS 304 grade plate. Radial locking door assembly. The rear is covered with dish plate fabricated from 304 SS 8 mm sheet.

Back Plate: 12 mm, 304 grade SS Plate
Generator Tank: 3 mm, 304 grade SS Plate. The following solenoid valves are used for the various functions of the sterilizer.

Solenoid Valve-2: Steam entry into Chamber.
Solenoid Valve-3: Steam exhaust from Chamber.
Solenoid Valve -4: Vacuum
Solenoid Valve-5: Water outlet
Working pressure: 22 PSI
Chamber pressure: 20 PSI
Operating Temperature: 128 deg. C.
The following are used for safe operation of the sterilizer.
Pressure Gauge, Compound Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Pilot Lamp, Toggle switch, Rotary Switch, Gauge glass
Steam Trap. To remove the air and water from the chamber.

This product can be operated electrically. If the cord remote stops working, it can be operated using electrical override panel. The surgeon can also lock a particular position of the surgical table with the help of the panel
